If you are anything like me, racing from one achievement and traumatic life event to the next, not realizing when you left yourself behind, these are the tools to bring you home to your body and joy.

At the end of our 4-week journey together, you will be equipped with daily habits to restore yourself from burnout and rejoin the land of the living reinvigorated.

My Creative Aha! moment

The one important aha! moment I've had in my creative process of this project is:

That the magic is in showing up. Nothing about the season of life I was in made sense for me to sign up for Creative Alchemy, but my gut told me to do it anyways. As excited as I was about the content and being with a group of creators, I still didn’t trust myself with the process. Most weeks my inner critic felt like a bull in a china shop, but I showed up regardless. I fell in love with the process and who I was becoming through it. The ah-ha moment was that you can be equal parts messy, motivated, undone, energized, off-track, on-track, and showing up for all of that is where the magic happens.

Living coast to coast and everywhere in between, Lauren Paige now calls San Diego home where her mission is to help soul driven women find freedom in their bodies and bank accounts. Lauren has successfully owned a Pilates + Barre Studio in Charleston, SC, published the book Skinny Jeans? and is considered an expert in the Wellness & Mindset Coaching industry.
